Megasound Music Editor by Jori Olkkonen (Yip/Purebyte) This is the editor Jori used to do the endpart music for BMX kids on C64. It was printed in a Finnish magazine called C as for Commodore (June/1988). I typed it in and used it for the next two years to create music. Loading instructions 1. LOAD"PINK FLOYD",8,1 2. Press return to clear the screen 3. LOAD"MEGASOUND",8 and run it 4. Press SHIFT+D to load files. Check filenames by pressing F9 (CCS64) 5. Write the name of the file, press return and then D 6. When you enter the editor press P to play/stop Other instructions F1 gets you to different columns in the editor F3 gets you to the sound editor and back to the track editor Load some music and take a look at the commands if you want to learn how to do music with it, which I doubt, though it's a pretty good editor ;) All the music on the disk is by Sami 'Nutcase' Saarnio. NOT by Yip! Mine and Yip's music is covered in the HVsids collection 3.9 or never at directories /Yip and /Nutcase. Notice that 3.8 and older versions give the credits for Yip for all my tunes which are the most of them ;) saarnio@helsinki.fi ftp.scene.org/pub/music/artists/nutcase
